摘要

An oral gastric disease therapeutic composition is provided to show specifically excellent treating effect for the gastric diseases by comprising an anti-ulcerant and a bismuth preparation as a mucosal protective agent. The oral pharmaceutical composition comprises ilprazole as an anti-ulcerant and 30-98 wt.% of a bismuth preparation as a mucosal protective agent which is selected from the group consisting of colloidal bismuth sub-citrate, bismuth aluminate, bismuth sub-carbonate, bismuth citrate, bismuth gallate, bismuth nitrate, bismuth tartarate, and a mixture thereof.
