<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing hydrogen which is high in safety and in which heat exchange efficiency of a reformer and utilization efficiency of bled steam are improved. <P>SOLUTION: In a fuel feeding device 20, water is converted into steam and at the same time, a fuel is preheated by the heat exchange with steam bled from a power generation plant 12, and the mixed gas of the fuel and steam is formed. In a mixed gas heat exchanger 21, heat exchange is performed between the mixed gas fed from the fuel feeding device 20 and the steam bled from the power generation plant 12. In the reformer 22, hydrogen gas is formed by steam reforming the fuel containing hydrogen by subjecting the mixed gas from the mixed gas heat exchanger 21 to heat exchange by using the heat of steam bled from the power generation plant 12. Further, in a recovering device 23, a produced gas containing hydrogen gas, produced in the reformer 22, is refined to separate and recover hydrogen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
