<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fuel cell device which comprises a fuel cell interposing an electrolyte layer between a pair of reaction electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system adopts a carrier circulation system in which the carrier is circulated as a reactant as a reactant supply system, and the reactant is introduced in this carrier.
