<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a plurality of various memory cards having different outside dimensions, and to improve reliability of their terminal sections connected with electronic instruments regarding the memory cards. <P>SOLUTION: The memory card is provided with a memory card main body 21, a terminal member group 30, and a memory chip module 40. The memory chip module 40 has a size smaller than the least size of the memory card. The terminal member group 30 has the memory card terminal section 32 at a Y1 side, and also has the memory chip module terminal section 33 at a Y2 side. The terminal section 33 lines up at a pitch equal to a pitch p2 of a pad-shaped terminal 45 of the memory chip module 40.
