PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery improved in safety and usable for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This battery pack comprises a pressure detection means 1 and a temperature detection means 2, and also comprises a means that disconnects a charging circuit and discharges the secondary battery 11 when a state that an abnormal temperature and abnormal pressure are detected is constituted for a certain period of time.
