PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a system and method for circuits which provide different driving strengths but include substantially equal propagation delay. SOLUTION: According to the system and method, a circuit includes a driving strength of a certain ratio in a full driving strength circuit of an optionally selectable strength. Furthermore, the circuits include the substantially equal input capacitance and feedback current with respect to a base line driving circuit. Inputs of these circuits are coupled to three nodes. One of them is a logic circuit coupled to a logic device to be driven. The second one is a dummy logic device and the third one is a logic circuit of which an output is set in a floating state.
