PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an offset regulation circuit for correcting an offset value in which offset correction is performed with high precision even for variation in offset value during operation. SOLUTION: The offset regulation circuit performing offset correction of a power supply section including a switching power supply section 1 and a feedback control loop comprises a nonvolatile memory 11 for holding the initial offset value of the power supply section as an initial offset correction value, a rewritable memory 12 for holding the offset value when the power supply section is mounted on a device including a load 2 and a current is supplied to the load 2 as an operating time offset correction value, and an offset operating section 10 performing offset correction using the initial offset correction value held in the nonvolatile memory 11, and the operating time offset correction value held in the rewritable memory 12.
