PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce components of a conventional optical disk device. SOLUTION: A cut washer 17c of a support shaft 17a of a sixth gear 17 (gear drive) in a gear group of a loading mechanism of a disk tray is eliminated, and a projecting ring 30 having such a radius that its outer circumference exists in an area included in a bottom face of a fourth gear 11 covering the sixth gear 17, in a plane view is integrally formed on a top face of the fourth gear 11 with such height that a gap on the bottom face is filled, and a snap fit form 41 capable of projecting and retreating in horizontal direction is provided on a top face of the ring 30 by an elastic member integrally with a loader chassis 40. Detachment of the sixth gear 17 from a support shaft 17a having this gear 17 attached thereto is prevented by the projecting ring 30 and the snap fit shape 41, whereby a component cost to attach the cut washer 17c can be reduced and a work to handle the cut washer is eliminated when assembling, to reduce the cost furthermore.
