PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor which can be efficiently developed. SOLUTION: A controller 140 in a main system 110 of a signal processor 100 converts audio-visual data 136 processed by a processor 120 into a first signal group in a common form capable of being transferred by a transfer unit 150 then the transfer unit 150 transfers it to a developing interface 160. The interface 160 develops the first signal group to a second signal group appropriate for a specified application. The first signal group has a bus width narrower than that of the second signal group. The system 110 and the interface 160 are built in different semiconductor integrated circuits, respectively.
