PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable fixing unit roller free from the adhesion trouble with reference to an undercoated rubber elastic body, also, improved in slip resistance as a fixing roller, further, with less change in hardness and less change in external size, and also, which can be manufactured in a short process. SOLUTION: A silicone rubber elastic layer 11 is formed by curing composite constituted by mixing a resin microballoon wherein thermoplastic resin particles enclosing liquid hydrocarbon are made to thermally expand beforehand, and polyhydric alcohol into additional reaction type liquid silicone rubber, and the silicone rubber elastic layer 11 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a core bar 10, and a reinforcing layer 12 formed of silicone rubber of 2 to 50μm is formed on the surface of the elastic layer 11.
