PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for an automatic door, which dispenses with locational adjustment thereof when installed, and contributes to reduction of an installation space. SOLUTION: The locking device is comprised of a fixing means and a fixed means. The fixing means is provided for one of a stopper 6 and a hanger 4 arranged on an upper side of an entrance a of a building having the automatic door, for fixing the stopper 6 and the hanger 4 to each other. The fixed means is provided for the other one of the stopper and the hanger, and fixed to the fixing means. The locking device functions to fix the stopper 6 and the hanger 4 to each other by using the fixing means and the fixed means at a location where the stopper 6 makes contact with the hanger 4, to thereby lock a door main body 1.
