PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue that a conventional technique enables only the acquisition of contamination data due to impurities, does not disclose constitution for rapidly executing a concrete measure, causes a product contaminated because of the delay of re-washing to be delivered, can not solve a contamination cause itself only by repeating the measure such as re-washing or the like of the product on the basis of the contamination data, and has a high posibility of contamination recurrence. SOLUTION: This contamination monitoring system is constituted of an impurity analyzing means 22 for analyzing impurities contained in a sampled liquid obtained by washing an article to be washed to specify a contamination level or a contamination cause, a monitor and communication means 23 for transmitting the contamination data such as the contamination level or the like calculated by the impurity analyzing means 22 to respective processing treatment processes 24 and the data terminal 26 connected to the monitor and communication means 23 through a network 29 such as the Internet or the like. A contamination warning is emitted by the monitor and communication means 23 in a case that a contamination state exceeds the contamination level and the contamination data is transmitted to the data terminal 26 of the relational processing treatment process related to contamination.
