PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of acquiring the measurement waveform to each acquisition memory based on the being delayed before and after trigger signals without changing the delay time. SOLUTION: The waveform measurement device is constituted such that the trigger is performed in a prescribed time after the prescribed trigger condition is satisfied, in which the waveform measurement data are fetched at either of the time trigger condition is realized or the time in the prescribed time after the trigger condition is realized. Thereby, the waveform measurement device is realized capable of fetching the measured waveform data in each acquisition memory 7 and displaying from the trigger signals before and after being delayed without changing the delay time.
