PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control valve from malfunctioning due to chips entering an oil passage when serration is press fitted in a rotator support structure constructed as a support of a rotator by press fitting a sleeve member 60 on a shaft-like part 51. SOLUTION: The structure forms a through hole 67 in a position opposed to an opening of an axial oil passage 52 of the shaft-like part 51 in the sleeve member 60 and seals the opening of the axial oil passage 52 by inserting a sealing member 54 from the through hole 67. Therefore, the structure can certainly discharge the chips produced by serration press fitting from inside of the axial oil passage 52 via the through hole 67 and a radial oil passage 53 by cleaning inside of the axial oil passage 52 prior to assembling the sealing member 54. Consequently, the chips produced when the serration is press fitted are prevented from reversely flowing from the axial oil passage 52 to the control valve side which performs hydraulic control, and the control valve is prevented from malfunctioning.
