PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply confirm a tightening condition of a bolt to prevent forgetting tightening and to easily confirm an electric connection condition of electric connection implements simultaneously with bolt tightening. SOLUTION: A washer 40 as the unforgetting tightening device provided between the bolt 10 and a tightened member 20 is formed by a base piece 41, a movable piece 42 inclined on the base piece, and a protruding piece 43 protruding in the direction crossing the inclined face of the movable piece substantially orthogonally. The movable piece 42 is bent and deformed in the direction in which it is overlapped on a base piece 41 side centered on a hinge end part 44 in the vicinity of a bent part with the base piece 41 to let the protruding piece 43 rise in accordance with amount of tightening when tightening the bolt acting on the movable piece 42. When the tightened member 20 is electric connection implements 20, 30, the base piece 41 of the unforgetting tightening device 40 is fixed or attached detachably to the electric connection implement 20. A circuit 50 having a light emitting diode 55 to confirm electric connection is provided in the electric connection implement 20 to confirm mutual tightening of electric connection implements by operating the light emitting diode 55.
