PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve gear capable of preventing the surface and the valve seat face (seat surface) of a valve element from being damaged by foreign matter such as powder contained in a fluid. SOLUTION: This valve gear comprises a valve box 14 in which a fluid passage 14c is formed, the valve element 11 installed to block the fluid passage 14c and opening and closing the fluid passage 14c, and valve seats 20, 21 formed on the valve box 14 and sealing clearances between the valve element 11 and the fluid passage 14c. The valve element 11 is formed by combining the valve element 11 divided into three parts through a sloped surface 11c so that the sloped surface 11c comes into contact therewith. On the sloped surface 11c, the divided valve element 11e positioned at the center and the valve elements positioned on both sides thereof are slidably moved relative to each other so that the width of the fluid can be changed in the flow direction.
