PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processing device with compact structure, in which double-fed paper sheets are removed to continue the processing of paper sheets efficiently and the processed paper sheets are easily treated. SOLUTION: The paper sheet processing device comprises: a paper sheet loading table 13 loading the paper sheets thereon; a sucking and carrying device 2 for sucking and separating paper sheets 12 of a lowermost part loaded on the paper sheet loading table 13 and carrying the paper sheets 12 to the next stage; a counted paper sheet receiving means 29 the loading processed paper sheets; a transfer device 20 carrying the paper sheets 12 carried from the sucking and carrying device 2 to the counted paper sheet receiving member 29; a sensor device 21 for counting the paper sheets 12 while the transfer device 20 carries the paper sheets 12. The counted paper sheet receiving means 29 has a vibrating motor 32 for vibrating the processed paper sheets loaded thereon, and a blower duct 32 blowing sucked air, used in the sucking and carrying device 2 for sucking the paper sheets, toward the loaded paper sheets 12.
