PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser capable of performing the heat-sterilization of a beverage flow passage in a short time, and performing the energy saving without degrading the beverage taste by the heat-sterilization and without missing any sales chance. SOLUTION: When a solenoid valve 54 is opened, a flow passage capable of circulating heated beverage in a hot water tank 20 can be formed with pipes 51, 52 and 53.
