PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device having a good shift operability capable of stabilizing detection accuracy. SOLUTION: The shift device is equipped with a first slider 50 which is connected to the tip end of a shift lever 5, and houses a magnet in the inside, a second slider 60 which movably holds the first slider 50 only in X1-X2 direction, and a holder 70 which movably holds the second slider 60 only in Y1-Y2 direction.
