摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sports shoe by which whether the state of exercise is proper or not is recognised based on comparison between a previously inputted condition and a detection result obtained by a sensor. SOLUTION: The sports shoe is provided with: a control unit 2 provided on the inner surface or outer surface of a shoe body 1 and having an acceleration sensor 4 and a pulse sensor 5; and a control circuit 6 which compares the previously inputted condition with the detection result obtained by the control unit 2 and which operates an LED 3 provided at the shoe body 1 as an informing means based on the result of comparison.
