PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-dispensing device reduced in thickness and being less clogged with balls. SOLUTION: The ball-dispensing device has first and second ball supply ports 21 and 22 for introducing supplied balls one by one, a first ball passage 23 connected to the first ball supply port 21, a second ball passage 24 connected to the second ball supply port 22, a ball passage-separating member 25 disposed between the first ball passage 23 and the second ball passage 24, and a ball passage junction portion 10 for joining the first and second ball passages 23 and 24 to form a ball passage 11. The ball passage junction portion 10 has the minimum distance between a minimum distance point 29 on a passage wall 26 of the first ball passage 23 which faces the ball passage-separating member 25 to the terminal end of the ball passage-separating member 25, and a passage wall 27 of the second ball passage 24 which faces the ball passage-separating member 25, and the minimum distance is less than two times the diameter of the ball.
