PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly reliably display a hot water temperature in heat insulation control after boiling hot water. SOLUTION: After content liquid inside a hot water storage container is heated and hot water is boiled, a temperature is lowered to a set or selected heat insulation temperature and an electric hot water storage container is used while heat insulation at the heat insulation temperature is performed thereafter. For that, it is provided with a temperature lowering mode for lowering a temperature toward a prescribed temperature corresponding to the heat insulation temperature on the basis of a detected hot water temperature, and a stabilization control mode for stabilizing an actual hot water temperature toward the heat insulation temperature while repeating heating and heating stop for prescribed time or for a prescribed number of times thereafter and displaying the hot water temperature corresponding to the heat insulation temperature at the point of time that it is stabilized.
