A method for subscribing the mobility event package includes: a user equipment (UE) registers in a entity that accepts a registration, the said entity accepting the registration transmits the UE information to the domain-switch control application server; when the domain-switch control application transmits a mobility event package subscription message to UE according to the UE information, it carries the address information of the domain-switch control application server; UE transmits the mobility event package subscription message to the domain-switch control application server according to the address information of the domain-switch control application server, and it completes the mobility event package subscription between the UE and the domain-switch control application server. Apparatus and system are also provided. When changing the domain-switch control application server, it can ensure the mobility event package subscription process between UE and the changed domain-switch control application server.
