摘要 A method for fabricating an organic electroluminescence device is provided to increase quantum efficiency by constituting the organic electroluminescence device with a single layer. A hole transfer material, a radiation material and an electron transfer material are deposited at the same time, by controlling the deposition rate of the hole transfer material, the radiation material and the electron transfer material according as the deposition is performed, in order to form a gradually-mixed organic single layer(300). The gradually-mixed organic single layer is intervened between an anode(200) and a cathode(400). The deposition rate of the hole transfer material decreases according to the thickness of the organic single layer along a cathode direction in the anode. The deposition rate of the radiation material increases and then decreases according to the thickness of the organic single layer has the maximum value at a thickness of 40%-60%. The deposition rate of the electron transfer material increases according to the thickness of the organic single layer along the cathode direction in the anode.
