The invention relates to a dental implant comprising a rotatably-inserted crown. More specifically, the invention consists of an implant body which is made from of biodegradable and osteointegrable material and which consists of: an anchoring structure (2) which is solidly connected to a prosthetic support structure (4), and a rotatably-inserted crown (3) comprising an external surface that is equipped with a screw thread (7) which is used to insert the implant body in the bone (28) by screwing the crown into a hole (56) in the bone. The crown is connected to the anchoring structure, preferably at the base thereof, such that it can rotate in relation to said anchoring structure, thereby solidly connecting the prosthetic support structure to the upper end of the anchoring structure. Optionally, the surface of the anchoring structure (2) is equipped with a bone regeneration structure (54) which is made from a biocompatible material that can be shaped individually by means of computerised cutting.
