A wall structure for air and pipe ducts of a bathroom and a balcony, and a construction method of the same are provided to reduce the whole load of the building according to the placement of the incombustible insulating sheet of the light weight body with a magnesium board and a CRC board. A wall structure for air and pipe ducts(21) of a bathroom and a balcony is composed of ducts formed with an incombustible insulating sheet(10) of light weight by compounding a magnesium board(13) at one surface or both surfaces of a foaming polystyrene foam board(11); and the air and pipe ducts which are non-bearing walls by the connection at a side wall(31) and a ceiling of the building in the ducts through fixing units such as an adhesive or a bolt of the connection accessory material. The bonded part of the lower part of the wall body of the duct and the floor surface is coated with a waterproof material(19) to construct the bathroom, and the balcony air and pipe duct walls with a dry method.
