A solid tablet type mouth cleaning composition is provided to show antibacterial and sterilizing function and deodorizing effect by adding nano-silver into conventional mouth cleaning composition. The solid tablet type mouth cleaning composition comprises hydrogen peroxide, carbamide peroxide, calcium peroxide, sodium per carbonate, at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium per borate, tetra sodium pyrophosphate peroxide, glucose oxides, dextranase, lactoperoxidase, gluconase, lysozyme and water containing thereof, and 0.01-20 wt.% of nano silver having a particle diameter of 0.01-500 nanometers. The composition is prepared by mixing all the components and removing moisture therefrom by heating or drying the mixture.
