<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin molding material for a fuel cell separator capable of stably, efficiently manufacturing the fuel cell separator having high conductivity and high mechanical strength and to provide the fuel cell separator using it. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin molding material for the fuel cell separator contains 8-20 wt% thermosetting resin and 80-92 wt% graphite powder, and the thermosetting resin is polybutadiene epoxy resin obtained by compounding 1,2-polybutadiene having a carboxyl group in a side chain and epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule, so to have 3-10 equivalent of the epoxy group to one equivalent of the carboxyl group, and then by pre-reacting them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
