VIDEO INFORMATION INPUT/DISPLAY METHOD, APPARATUS AND PROGRAM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM STORED WITH PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily comprehend a portion on a video image wherein comment information to be outputted is inputted, when performing communication via the video image on a network.

SOLUTION: This method includes steps for: acquiring video information specifying a video image; calculating video structured information relating to the video image; acquiring the video structured information; presenting the video strictured information on a display device; causing a user to select the video structured information; causing the user to input comment information corresponding to the selected video structured information; storing the comment information and the video structured information to which the comment information is designated, in a comment information/video structured information DB while making them associated with each other; using the video information and the acquired video structured information to acquire the associated comment information from the comment information/video structured information DB; and displaying the acquired comment information and video structured information on a display means while making them associated with each other.
