PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision object detection device that can suppress processing load increase, and a learning device therefor. SOLUTION: The object detection device comprises an image window extraction part 210 for extracting from an input image a plurality of image windows that are partial areas of the image, and a network classifier 590 for detecting the presence of an object in each extracted image window by using a node network stored in a storage part 502 which networks nodes each having classifiers for object classification.
