PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate the behavior of an actual plant with a simulator device for operation training. SOLUTION: The simulator device for operation training comprises: a simulation operation control section 1 into which the operation for training operation is inputted; a simulation processing section 6 for simulating a plant status; a plant operation output processing section 9 for outputting a simulated plant status; an operator console 3 and an operation panel 4 for monitoring the simulated plant status and for performing a response operation; a plant operation input processing section 8 for inputting the response operation into the simulation processing section 6; a plant status change detecting section 10 for detecting the changes of the simulated plant status; a plant time-series data input section 11 from which the plant time-series data of the actual plant is inputted; and a data converting section 12 for converting the inputted data into a data form which can be recognized by the simulator device for operation training. The simulated plant status and the plant time-series data converted by the data converting section 12 are selectively outputted on the operator console 3 and the operation panel 4 via the plant operation output processing section 9.
