PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system capable of cooling or heating the inside of a room where people stay, without blowing cold or hot air toward the people, and of avoiding cold drafts. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioning system for cooling and heating the inside of a room 1 where people 10 stay, an air supply port 15 for supplying cold air into the room 1 during a cooling operation and for supplying heated air into the room 1 during a heating operation is disposed continuously facing from a window face 1a inward of the room 1, in the upper portion of the inside of the room 1. An exhaust port 16 for exhausting air in the room 1 during the cooling operation is disposed above a position opposite to the air supply port 15 across an area 12 where the people 10 stay constantly.
