PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust member of simple structure with a reduced exhaust noise, and a heat source unit provided with the exhaust member. SOLUTION: This heat source unit 1 is attached with the resin exhaust member 19 in an opening end of a case member 15 constituting a secondary heat-exchanger 7, to be closed. The exhaust member 19 has an exhaust part 19b for discharging combustion gas. The exhaust part 19b is constituted to widen a flow passage cross section gradually along toward a diffusion-directional downstream of the combustion gas. Cross-sectional areas of inner circumferential faces 55a, 56a of an upper wall 55 and a lower wall 56 constituting the exhaust part 19b are respectively formed linearly from a flow-directional upstream toward a downstream of the combustion gas, and has no discontinuous portion. The combustion gas is thereby discharged slowly from the exhaust part 19b under a straightened condition, and no exhaust noise is generated therein. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
