PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve using actuators with relatively smaller driving force for driving an opening/closing valve member while preventing the complication of a fuel injection device. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve 2 is provided for injecting fuel directly into the cylinder of an internal combustion engine 100 to form fuel spray. It comprises a valve body 12 arranged facing into the cylinder and having a valve seat 13, the valve member 30 to be seated on/off the valve seat 13, a pressure control chamber 81 for controlling liquid pressure on the end of the valve member 30 on the opposite side to the valve seat to control the lift of the valve member 30, a discharge flow path 36 for discharging fuel from the pressure control chamber 81, the actuators 60, 54, 50 for changing over the fuel to be shut off or distributed into the pressure control chamber 81 and the discharge flow path 36, and a cylinder discharge flow path 37 for injecting into the cylinder the fuel to be guided from the pressure control chamber 81 to the discharge flow path 36.
