PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic space ventilation device which carries out scavenging not only of a ridge opening area but also of a space defined by tiles and sheathing boards over a wide range of a roof surface, and copes with radiant heat, to thereby contribute to improved durability of a house and to attainment of good indoor thermal environment and cool atmosphere, coupled with conventional attic space ventilation, and to provide a tiled roof structure using the attic space ventilation device. SOLUTION: The attic space ventilation device is formed of an exhaust cylinder 18 and an aerator 2. The exhaust cylinder 18 is set so as to cover the ridge opening formed in a ridge top portion in order to exhaust air in an attic space. The aerator 2 is set up by convexly arranging a pair of venting members 6 in a gap between a ridge batten 4 located on the exhaust cylinder 18, and a ridge tile 1 mounted on the same.
