PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic sheet, cloth or paper by using a component of a tree of Melia azadirachta (NEEM MARGOSA) having repelling effect on termites and poisonous insects in an old house or in new construction of a house, to form a ceramic sheet containing Melia azadirachta by coating or permeating cardboard with an oil of Melia azadirachta repelling or mixing ceramic powder with powder of Melia azadirachta and extruding and forming the mixture into a sheet by an extruder and to obtain a ceramic sheet, cloth or paper containing Melia azadirachta, which is laid on a floor board of a house of new construction or an old house so as to prevent infestation of termites and poisonous insects, in a tatami mat, prevents vermination of mites, cockroaches, poisonous insects, etc., has no harm to the environment and the human body and is durable. SOLUTION: The ceramic sheet, the cloth or the paper is coated or permeated with an oil of Melia azadirachta repelling insect pests or powder of Melia azadirachta is mixed with ceramic powder, extruded and formed by an extruder to give a flat plate, which is cut into a fixed size, laid on the floor board of a house to give a ceramic sheet containing Melia azadirachta, which repels termites and insect pests from approaching a floor board and insect pests such as mites, poisonous insects, etc., from approaching a tatami mat.
