The filler valve for dispensing pasty dairy products into tubs (VB) has a tubular housing (2), through which two axial bores (7) run. These terminate in horizontal sections opening into the central cavity (3). A piston (6) mounted in the cavity can be raised from a position where it blocks the outlets of the bores to one where they connect with outlet channels in the piston. An independent claim is included for a similar valve fitted with a separate lower section, through which connecting outlet channels run.
