A horny layer remover and a making method of the same are provided to let the support portion bent easily and to let the horny layer removing portion adhered to curved parts of a user's foot. The horny layer remover includes a support portion(1) having an elastic force and a horny layer removing portion(3). The horny layer removing portion(3) is coupled with the support portion(1) and removes the horny layer. The support portion(1) is made of a soft synthetic resin material, and a space is provided at the inside of the support portion(1). The horny layer removing portion(3) is made of a sand paper. In horny layer removing portion(3), alumina is coupled by bonding. A handle is provided in the support portion(1). |
