A faucet having an improved outlet is provided to improve a safety when a user washes a hair by preventing a faucet from being exposed to the inside of a washing stand. A faucet having an improved outlet includes a valve cartridge(41), and an outlet(42). The valve cartridge is installed to be connected to a cool water pipe and a warm water pipe. The outlet is extended from the valve cartridge along a horizontal direction. The outlet does not protrude into the inside of a washing stand. The faucet is a faucet of the washing stand. The outlet includes a guide vein which guides a water to be discharged downwardly from a horizontal direction.
