FLOW CONTROL VALVE FOR AUTOMOBILE HYDRAULIC PUMP

A flow rate regulating valve of a hydraulic pump for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience, and to cut down manufacturing cost by easily adjusting the discharge amount of the hydraulic pump in a power steering system generating steering force by converting power of an engine into hydraulic pressure. A flow rate regulating valve contains a control valve(31) elastically supported by a spring(34) in a hydraulic passage, and includes a discharge passage with a fitting unit(33) and a rod(32). An adjusting bolt(35) is contacted to apply elastic force by inserting a washer(36) to an end of the spring. An auxiliary spring(37) is formed in the adjusting bolt to apply elastic force for releasing spiral engagement. An annular rubber ring(38) is mounted near a head of the adjusting bolt to prevent leak of oil, and the auxiliary spring is mounted by using the head of the adjusting bolt to prevent the adjusting bolt from being released against vibration during traveling.
