A cable protection and guide apparatus is provided to improve endurance of a shoe by suppressing collision sound during a sliding operation of the shoe. A link frame body comprises a pair of link plates(110a,110b) arranged separately and connecting plates(120,130) bridged to an outer circumference and an inner circumference of a flexion of the link plate. The link frame body controls the semi-diameter of the flexion. A shoe(200) is installed in the inner circumference of the flexion. A front part and a rear part of the shoe and a side wall part having a hook inserted into a concave part formed on the side of the link plate are molded with a soft resin. A center part of the shoe having a protrusion part inserted into an insertion hole installed on an upper plane of the link plate is molded with a solid resin in two colors.
