A fuel injection control apparatus for an internal combustion engine is provided to prevent an increase in emission and degradation of drive ability during running of the engine at various speed. A fuel injection control apparatus for an internal combustion engine(10), comprises a calculating unit, a filtering unit, and a control unit(20). The calculating unit calculates rotation speed of a crankshaft(17) of the internal combustion engine. The filtering unit filters rotation speed by a limited frequency on the basis of the combustion frequency of the internal combustion engine so as to obtain a value corresponding to the present torque. The control unit controls characteristics of each cylinder of the internal combustion engine on the basis of the value corresponding to the present torque.
