FIELD: hydro-acoustics, namely, engineering of means for hydro-acoustic protection of structures operated in water environment. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydro-acoustic protection device consists of metallic base and pressed rubber plates mounted on its outside forming hydro-acoustic cover, made of external solid layer and co-vulcanized to it and positioned below aforementioned solid layer and metallic base of peripheral layer with air hollows in form of cones, cross-section of which expands towards aforementioned metallic base and which are hermetically sealed on one side by aforementioned solid layer, and on other side - by metallic base. Plates of hydro-acoustic cover are made of rubber mixtures on basis of butadiene-nitrile rubbers with paraffin emulsifier. ^ EFFECT: improved ecological safety of environment, during production of hydro-acoustic protection devices without replacement of available expensive technological accessories and equipment, used during manufacture of devices and during mounting, with maximal possible degree of preservation of whole complex of their technological, acoustic and operation properties. ^ 1 dwg |
