[PROBLEMS] To provide a technology for preventing breakage of a light reflecting board provided by processing a synthetic resin reflecting board in a three-dimensional shape and for excellently preventing deformation of the light reflecting board. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A bending groove part (6) is provided on a light reflecting plastic film or sheet (2), by continuously or intermittently forming a groove, not penetrating the film or the sheet, along a straight line on the film or the sheet. Then, the film or the sheet is bent along the bending groove part.
