FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for surface cultivation of weedery soil. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotating tillage tool has frame, automatic hitch bracket, carrier wheels and block of disks secured by means of carriers on horizontal shaft and provided with knives made in the form of flat polygon with cutting edge. Tillage tool is further provided with additional blocks having steps oriented forward, toward main block. Each of additional blocks is kinematically connected to carrier wheel with transmission ratio of mechanism: i=Db/Dw, where Db is diameter of described circle of cutting edges of disk blocks; Dw is diameter of carrier wheel; i=0.5-0.7. Main block has brake built into cavities of block of disks, and is provided with friction and pressure disks, which are joined to one another through flexible members. Each of knifes is made in the form of rhomb with cutting edges along perimeter thereof. Knives are joined with block of disks through parabolic poles. Smaller diagonal of rhomb of each knife exceeds by 1.05-1.10 times the pitch of adjacent poles on surface of block of disks. Each knife is inclined to diametrical plane of block of disks at an angle of 50-70 deg. Each carrier is connected to frame through transverse and longitudinal horizontal pivot joints. Each block of disks is connected with automatic hitch bracket through flexible tie-rod. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in eliminating of weedage from the entire surface of field and mellowing of soil top layer to thereby create favorable conditions for following sowing of farm crop seeds. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg |
