A plasma display panel is provided to increase density of wall charges and reduce a breakdown voltage by forming a ferromagnetic on a dielectric layer or a barrier rib. A scan electrode(201) and a sustain electrode(202) are formed on a front glass(200). Each of the scan and sustain electrodes is formed with a transparent electrode(a) and a bus electrode(b). A dielectric layer is formed on the front glass including the scan electrode and the sustain electrode. A ferromagnetic(M) is formed on the dielectric layer corresponding to the scan electrode and the sustain electrode. A protective layer(204) including the ferromagnetic is formed on the dielectric layer.
