An intelligent health equipment is provided to change the action cycle of a user according to the time of a music or to change the time of the music according to the action cycle of the user and to make the exercising interesting. The intelligent type health equipment includes an exercising device(10), a sensor portion(20), a sound reproducing portion(30), a time recognizing portion(40) and a control portion(50). The sensor portion(20) detects user's exercising speed(cycle of a repeated action) by using the exercising device(10). The time recognizing portion(40) recognizes the time reproduced from the sound reproducing portion(30). The control portion(50) compares the cycle of a repeated action of the user input from the sensor portion(20) and the time input from the sound reproducing portion(30) and changes the action cycle of the user according to the time of the music.
