A vehicle interior and exterior inspection system is provided to reduce a size of a base to reduce a manufacturing cost, thereby reducing a space occupied by the entire inspection system. A vehicle interior and exterior inspection system includes a base(10), a chassis interior dummy(22), and a chassis exterior dummy(21). The chassis interior dummy is installed on the base, and formed of aluminum. The chassis exterior dummy is installed at the exterior part of the chassis exterior dummy, and formed of aluminum. The system further includes a head lamp dummy, a head lamp dummy mounting frame, and a mounting key. The head lamp dummy has a mounting key hole. The head lamp dummy mounting frame has a mounting key holder. The mounting key is fixed to the mounting key holder.
