FIELD: construction materials industry; other industries; methods of production of the artificial stone. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry and other industries, in particular, to the method of production of the artificial stone and may be used in construction, in production of the sculptural products, the ornamental-decorating products, the engineering products. The technical result of the invention is production of the color non-metallic products with the required properties at the minimum labor input and utilization of the low-cost wastes. The method provides for melting operation of the non-metallic materials, the melt of the non-metallic materials exposed to overheating up to the temperature, at which the required fluidity is ensured, and then the melt is added with the ground powdery color pigments in the ratio from 2 up to 40 mass % of the mass of the melt, create the mixture with required coloring. This mixture is preheated up to the casting temperature, then conduct casting of the mixture and chilling. As the non-metallic materials the acidic cupola slag is used. As the coloring substances use the fragments of the stained glass and a metal, for example, the steel grit. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the color non-metallic products with the required properties at the minimum labor input and utilization of the low-cost wastes. ^ 1 ex |
