METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR MAKING INDIVIDUAL PRIMARY PACKING FOR STRIPS

FIELD: packing. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, carrying layer 2 separated from film 3 containing active substance is pulled forward through distance corresponding to length of strip. Film 3 containing active substance is directed simultaneously by front end between sheets 12 of packing material without subjecting to mechanical stress. Material sheets fix the strip. Then they are cut in cross direction at a definite distance to get strip of preset length. Then strip is pulled forward together and synchronously with sheets 12 of packing material and placed in welding sections 17, 18. Device is furnished for the purpose with means 11 for feeding and pulling packing material which has intake and press appliances 13, 14 for front end of film 3 containing active substance which passes vertically under separating roller 7 and cutter 10. ^ EFFECT: provision of method and device to save material of strip from exposure to mechanical stresses. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg
